Onder works closely with CEOs and senior IT leaders and occasionally the CFOs and CHROs across Turkey and Greece to help explore how the conventional technologies and the associated culture, around communication, information and data sharing, delegation and decision making, are turning into old ways of doing business in this new era. Before joining as the Country Manager of Google Enterprise in 2014, Onder has worked at senior management roles addressing the IT needs of the Enterprise customers at Vodafone, Cisco and Microsoft for the last 20 years. He loves change and the learning coming by change which made him to move to Google, a completely new type of a vendor in a very traditional market.
